I recently went in to have my rings resized and was helped by Eddie, I didn’t have my paperwork which I thought was going to be an issue, Eddie was able to pull up my purchase history, get my new ring size and cleaned them within 30 minutes. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and getting us taken care of that quickly on a Saturday was impressive.

We had a minor emergency and both Jesus was insternental in solving and Veronica was amazing at handling the aftermath. I had recently had it serviced and wanted a second opinion on a few things and to get a GIA number check! I worked with Zach who was incredibly kind and didn't make me feel bad at all about having some questions as someone who knows very little about jewelry! He eased all my concerns and gave excellent customer service the entirety of the time! I even came in with 20 minutes to closing and he still took the time to look into everything thoroughly and didn't rush me out the door what so ever! I will be back to work with him again for my next jewelry purchase as I was so impressed with him and the quality of the experience! Thank you again!
