  Julia was wonderful and attentive in helping my fiancé and I find the perfect wedding band! We had been to at least 3 other jewelers for this same purpose and Shane Co. stood out above the rest, we loved our experience there and will be highly recommending to our friends and family 💗

  I recently visited Shane Co. in Lynnwood, and had the pleasure of working with Ngoc Tran as my sales representative. My mom and I were incredibly impressed by her deep knowledge of gold bangles and the quality of diamonds. Ngoc was extremely patient with both of us, taking the time to educate us in a friendly and approachable way. She was creative and thoughtful in helping us design the perfect bracelet for my mom—truly a special experience. What stood out most was her professionalism and how genuinely refreshing it was to work with someone who listened to our needs. Her service left such a positive impression that I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Ngoc if you’re visiting Shane Co.!

  This is always my go to store for shopping and cleanings. Today I went in for a simple cleaning of my earrings and rings. I was greeted at the door by a lovely woman Leslie who put me on the list for my favorite consultant Camille. Camille is so knowledgeable about her jewelry and after we looked into my single stud and what my trade-in value would be for an upgrade lab-grown pair it just made sense to go ahead and do the upgrade today. She was so patient with me as I went back and forth on carat weight of the studs and helped me come to a knowledgeable decision. No pressure truly a good friend helping out another find the right pair of earrings. Thank you Camille, Leslie and the whole team at Shane for another wonderful experience.

  I've mentioned to so many people how Kendrick was wonderful to work with last month at the Lynnwood, WA location! He was warm, personable, and kind, and very intentional throughout our whole process about making sure the ring we chose was truly the one we would love forever (and not just the most expensive thing he could sell). He listened well, answered our questions thoroughly, followed our lead, and helped both my fiance and me feel supported and confident in the process. And he was great about expediting the ring pickup date for us when we said I would have to fly out of town before the pickup date he originally named. I had no idea there was so much to know about settings and diamonds, but I had so much fun exploring options! And I absolutely LOVE my ring.
