Come on, do better by giving a call or an email then when it is done. If you can send one out about creating a service order, you can do the same for when it is done. If I'm going to spend thousands of dollars, you can at least take a moment to come up with a better means of communication. And if you are going to reply to this email, I dont want an apology. I want you to fix the issue. An apology isnt worth anything if nothing is fixed. As a company you've been downgraded from a 5 to a 3.

This was not our experience. They allow limited customization for men’s bands locked into a few preset options. This is far from the “custom” jewelry claimed in their advertisements. When we asked about custom jewelry we were shuffled to three different people who tried to show us options in stock. The staff were dismissive and completely ignored our requested criteria. My husband was looking for options except yellow gold. He clearly said no yellow gold a number of time. Yet the first ring the staff selected to show him included gold bands. Once the staff finally acknowledged our initial request about customization we were handed an iPad to play with customization options on the website. The staff person walked off to help other customers. The options were extremely limited. Extremely disappointing.
