They took great care of my mom’s doodle, who hadn’t been groomed in 5 months due to my mom’s health challenges. I drove her almost 2 hours knowing she was heavily matted, and the team never judged only set realistic expectations, which I deeply value. Thank you again for your compassion and professionalism with Daisy.

They have always done very well grooming my bichon over the past 1.5 years however this last time was not the case. Not only did he look awful but they forgot to trim his dewclaw. It grew back and into his pad resulting in him trying to chew it down but instead ripped his hair out and created wounds on that paw. It wasn’t until I trimmed the other hair back that I discovered the untrimmed dewclaw. I ultimately had to take him to the vet for treatment of these wounds costing me a lot of money and my poor dog 2-3 wks of suffering in a cone. I called shampooch and spoke with someone who said they would let the manager know and call me back- I never received any call. I then left a voicemail for them to call and again they never did. I was happy to support a local small business but given they don't even care enough to call back when there are issues, they have lost my business.

- LCLaurence CMar 3, 20221.0I have a 10 month old all black German Shepherd, hios first visit was when he was very young and had no issues at all. The next visit was a different story. My most recent visit for a bath and brush involved no call to say he was all done and when I finally got him back there is no way they actually brushed him out properly. There was significant build up around his ears. So we are currently at the self serve dog wash trying to fix the issue.
