Attended Rhythm on the Rails You & Your group was extremely inconsiderate of the public attending the event. Parking your vehicle in a No Parking zone, standing in front of those (who came early) to the concert. Sponsoring doesn’t give you special privileges. You sponsor to support the cause. Not your own personal agenda. .

Completely out of touch with their customers. The back flow policy is another example of government policy overreach and how SPU has gone too far.

I live alone and watch closely to what I have running or turned on to maintain lower bills. Nothing in my habits have changed yet my bill fluctuates $20-30 more some months. Having to either mail your payment or drop it off is silly and outdated & the online payment charges you $3.95 which is insane. People don’t use checks anymore so this is their way to nickel and dime you. Hoping that with the growth of the city and more developments popping up that we can get another company added to our options. I honestly don’t trust that my bill is accurate each month.

Horribly out dated. SPUC serves as a reinforcement of not what government can do for you, but what they can get away with when there is no incentive to do better. Shakopee deserves a utility, and a government in general, that exists to serve it's citizens. A nice start would be paperless billing and direct bank integration. We have two Wells Fargo branches in Shakopee, but there is no recognition of that.

I have not had bad service with Shakopee Electric. If you are late on your bill they will work with you. If you forget to pay your bill there is a $100 reconection fee. First time that happens you wont do that again. They do also require a deposit. My prices seem to be right on. I don't like some of their policy's however they are running a business and I understand why they have them.
