  Oh my gosh, I have had the absolute best experience while going through the application process at Shadowbrooke Apartments. I toured the property and it was very pleasant and clean and the apartment itself was really nice and reasonably priced. But guys, I’m a very anxious person who ask tons of questions and call constantly. Although, I can be really annoying sometimes, the staff Yudi and Isaiah were both so patient and kind. They walked me through the entire application process and answered any and all the questions I’ve had. They also followed up with me with a phone call to see if I needed additional help with the application. This is what I call great staff members. They are a great team and I know the owner is proud to have hired such great and compassionate people. I hope everything works out with my app because I know I would have a great experience living in such a fine community with staff that actually care about their tenants. Again, thank you so much Yudi and Isaiah for such a great experience!

  Amber is such a wonderful person. She was very detailed in describing the property and breaking down the fees. Need more like her in the industry.

  Amber was great! She showed amazing customer service skills and was really nice to my son.
