- SCSherry CookJun 17, 20251.0We were excited to work with a local business. Bob seemed interested and knowledgeable about what we wanted, privacy trees in our backyard. That’s as far as it went. He never gave us a quote as he had promised and stopped returning calls. Basically ghosted us. Too bad. Would not recommend.
- LLLisaMay 12, 20252.0Inconsistent for sure!! Shades of Green lawn fertilizer and grass seed works, but so does Scotts brand! For a small business, Bob and Connie are both inconsistent in communication, hours of operation, and nothing gets completed in a timely matter. If you have all the time in the world, you are not looking for immediate results, and are fine with unreturned phone calls as well as unstable hours of operation, then this is the place for you. Be prepared for Connie to be in several different moods each time you call. Be prepared for inconsistency in all areas and have zero expectations. I paid Bob in full, but true to the way you run your business, you lost the cash envelope with the balance in it that I gave you, according to Connie!
- ARAngie RSep 28, 20235.0Bob was very detailed and understood my vision of the walkway and firepit patio from the beginning. It turned out exactly as I wanted (and even better than I expected). A huge shout out to Skip, the foreman, who was an excellent communicator throughout the project. He was open to answering any of my questions at any time of the day or evening hours. He also checked in with me periodically to ensure the project was moving in the right direction. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm over the moon with my gorgeous new backyard oasis.
