  Semi Drivers: This is an off road back. (Box truck facility). GPS’s aka truckerpath and copilot will take you the correct route. Customer will be on the right. Don’t blindside. No need. Go down the road to the 1st stop sign on the corner of plantside Dr and ampere Dr. There is a key oil gas station on the corner. You can turn around and set up for a sight side. Customer driveway isn’t big enough to turn around in. Don’t even try. Driveway entrance itself is wide enough to maneuver your back so back isn’t that bad considering it’s an off road one. The road isn’t busy busy, but there is constant traffic with gaps so take your time and watch out for oncoming traffic. The workers are very nice. My apt was for 06:00. The warehouse I got my preload at didn’t have the trailer ready so I had to wait an hour for it so I was 30 minutes late and the customer was actually happy about that because there was already a semi there. No room for more than 1 semi. So I went down to that gas station and waited for customer to call me. When I showed up, the guy came out and stopped traffic on my blindside for me!! That was freaking amazing!!! Took my back less than a minute to get off the road. The dock is another story. Took me a few minutes because of GOAL, but still not bad for a smallish lot. I would have given 5 stars, but I hate off-road backing 🤣

  For semi drivers: You will need to back into the Driveway. There is no room to turn around in the parking lot. You can park for overnight , clean restroom, nice people overall, thank you 🙏
