Nice quiet community. I’m only a visitor. Could use some bathroom/kitchen upgrades.

It's a great community. Grill. Picklelball. Tennis. Pool. The staff is nice. Maintenance is amazing. But beware: there are CONSTANT issues with the water pipes. The ENTIRE complex lacked water for 2 whole days 7/22/25 & 7/23! We were suggested to use the pool water to flush toilets! And I'd bet money that It's going to be off again next month. It's a constant issue with the water pipes, and I've been living here for 2 years.

Nice neighborhood and lovely staff/amenities, but the recurring issue with the water (off for 36 hours and counting at the time of this review) is becoming a major problem. I reviewed prior communications and see that the water has been shut off on the previous dates as well: 24Oct2024, 29Oct2024, 26Feb2025, 04Mar2025, and 28May2025 all with about 24 hours notice. According to other residents, there is no current plan for reimbursement for hotels and/or plans to provide alternative accommodations beyond using the pool water to flush the toilets. Perhaps a bigger fix for whatever major problem is causing this issue and/or a change in whatever utility company is inadequately servicing/repairing the lines should be explored at this juncture. I had to call out today due to hygiene reasons as I think the patients I serve in this community and the coworkers I work with deserve to experience me at my best… which does involve adequate hydration and regular showers. This needs to be escalated and handled with the utmost urgency. I imagine there are plenty of elderly residents who can’t get to the pool easily and plenty of mothers with bottle fed babies that need it even more than I do. We can do better than this, guys.

We moved in in April and the water has been turned off three separate times and we have only been here for four months. It has now been off for two days. Dishes are piling up, laundry can't be washed, can't cook certain things, we can't bathe, and we can't flush the toilet. On top of all of that the office just wants us to wait and suck it up. No compensation. It's a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful apartments but the struggle isn't worth it.
