- RWRich WertzAug 27, 20255.0Josh and the rest of the crew at SERVPRO completely and thoroughly cleaned out a cabin crawl space that had been torn up by packrats and mice. The turnaround was super fast and the end result is shocking because it looks (and smells) so much better in the crawl space now. They took all the necessary precautions to protect themselves from rodent-borne illnesses (hantavirus, etc.) and it was a sight to behold to see them working in their PPE gear. I will not hesitate to reach out to them again for future work.

Moisture removal took 5 weeks, because the project manager was on vacation, and I quote "you know how it is when the boss is away. You can't trust your employees to get stuff done." Upon completion, they gave us a survey to complete on the IPad. Anytime we chose a 3 or a 4, it would automatically change our selection to an 8 or a 9.

- DOD OAug 15, 20255.0Josh Sandoval and his crew did an excellent job of assessing damage from our boiler problem in our basement. They arrived at our house and immediately began work the morning after my call. Water-damaged items were removed from the basement and sheet rock was removed from areas where it was too wet to leave in place. I am very impressed with SERVPRO'S knowledge of human health issues associated with this type of incident and I'm confident that they will facilitate restoring our basement to a healthy condition. Another big plus is that Josh and the crew are experienced with interfacing with insurance adjusters during the homeowners insurance claims process so, hopefully we will have favorable results in that regard.
