  After first speaking to the owner in regard to what my restoration looked like I had a great feeling. As the work was being done in my washroom (I only have one) it just kept getting worse and worse. The company Pro Trades who did the plumbing again started off great. We had a whole pluming issue in the crawl space. They removed the sub floor as planned. There was a lot of work to do. This company ended up tearing my entire washroom apart. Just so he could have more space to work. My tub was ripped up, tub walls gone, and even drywall ripped off. Not only thay but my sons room bscks to the washroom and THAT room also had drywall damage. Once my toilet was fixed, they left. I was unable to use my shower. They threw away the molding that went along my bathroom window. I had to repair myself all the damage they caused. In all rooms. If I wanted my sons walls fixed THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME. i am extremely grateful my toilet was fixed. But the mess tjat came worth it from this company and the priced they wanted to charge to correct their errors was astronomical. I will never again use this comapny or refer them to anyone. Nor will i ever use ProTrades as a plumbing service.

  Used Service Master earlier this year very professional and clean they did my floors trim drywall and paint it looks great would use them again

  This team has been wonderful to deal with on every level. Steve was quick to arrive and assess the situation and after finding out that our insurance didn’t cover water damage Steve was very empathetic. Steve and the technicians all went above and beyond what was expected of them. Alex was so knowledgeable helpful and explained everything in detail. They all made this unpleasant situation so much more bearable. Thanks you !
