  A great experience!! Everyone we dealt with from the first phone contact were polite, professional and the clean up and inspection were all done very quickly. I would highly recommend them!!

  This past summer I had a faulty washing machine flood my first floor and basement at the lake. My insurance sent out Ian and Colin. They were effoecnet and clear in what the process would look like. Colin’s teams from mitagation damage and mold removal- to completing the repairs was amazing. The crews sent were beyond knowledgeable in their trade and outstanding as to how they rebuilt, clean and moved through the hiuse. Their leadership and communication as to what was needed and the respect for the stressful situation it was could not have been anymore seemless. I cant say enough about service master and their crews. Thank you.

  Service Master Niagara responded within an hour of us discovering a flood in our basement. The team sent by Jeremy was efficient and quickly go things dried, flooring lifted and wet drywall removed. We contracted them to do the restorations even though our insurance didn't cover the damage, and we couldn't be happier. Colin communicated regularly and Sean was a gem to work with on the drywall and painting. He was quick, thorough and did the work of three men! We were surprised they even sent a cleanup team of Jayden and Nicki who put all the furniture back and even offered to move boxes for us. I hope we never have another emergency, but if we do, we know who to call. Thank you for your professionalism and for making a bad situation so pleasant.

  Woke up to a leak in my basement and Service Master responded right away, they were able to quote and service in the same day. Will helped me from start to finish, the whole crew were very nice and professional. Could not recommend them more, fixed up everything just as it was before. Will call them anytime I have a problem.
