It’s rare to come across a team that combines skill, efficiency, and true kindness the way they do.   ServiceMaster is the preferred restoration contractor in Kamloops for Cooperators Insurance claims; something I wish I'd known sooner. SM Project Manager, Adam Sullivan, is a treasure. Not only a knowledgeable professional but a kind, caring, well-spoken, responsive, savvy one as well. And one who saved me a lot of money with his guidance. While I sincerely hope I never have to deal with a water leak again in my lifetime, he'd be the first person I'd call if I did.

  I need more than 5 stars!! Great company, courteous, friendly, professional service. Not one complaint. From first contact to signing off the work, everything was good. The sub contractors they used were knowledgeable & kept us informed of everything. I cannot say enough good things about ServiceMaster, I would highly recommend.

  We had a flood in our house and our insurance company referred us to ServiceMaster in Kamloops. Our Project Manager, Dan, and all other of his team members that worked on our place did an amazing job. Our house looks better than before. Communication was always clear and prompt, and they followed through with everything they said they would provide plus more. Thank you!
