  Chris was very helpful and reassuring following the huge ice storm of 2025. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and the emergency work was done very quickly.

  We had terrible damage from the horrific ice storm. Rob was very patient with my parents who were quite anxious about everything. Rob and I (eldest daughter) established a great rapport and he went out of his way to help me and my folks. Thank you Rob for all your help and patience! I would not hesitate to use service master again!

  I had an unfortunate house fire in February 2025 a total loss for me and my family. my insurance dispatched Service master and they were on site within a couple of hours tending to our devastating situation. I worked directly with Rob, his compassion and understanding with my situation was so appreciated- he had a job to do yet still exercised the utmost respect and kindness for what we were dealing with. He was knowledgeable and provided clear guidance and expectations on how matters of this nature are dealt with. I highly recommend Service Master Barrie/Collingwood for all your needs. It was a pleasure to deal with them in such a traumatic situation.

  We have dealt with ServiceMaster Restore in September of 2024, in Springwater. I called them on Sunday afternoon and asked for an emergency cleaning crew. The manager, Lucas, was able to accommodate us on a very short notice, providing us with a crew in just few hours. Communication was excellent. The crew, Tamara and Mike were very professional and respectful and stayed until the job was done to our complete satisfaction. Under such a stress, we could not have asked for better service. Thanks again!
