I give Evan, the technician, 5 stars! He was great! But I was a bit shocked at the price… $850 to clean the blower wheels on 2 mini-split units. I paid the price because they were there and it needed to be done, but based on research I did afterwards I most likely overpaid. I will probably not use Service Wizard again.

we had a fantastic experience with Javier-- he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I had several ongoing issues with my AC, and he took the time to carefully diagnose and fix each one — explaining everything clearly along the way. It’s rare to find someone so thorough and trustworthy but have never gone wrong here as we've been with them for several years now. Highly recommend to ask for Javier at service wizard!
Allen came out Friday to look at our AC unit he was very thorough. He checked the temperature of each room which no one has ever done. Confirmed that our unit did need to be replaced and couldn’t be repaired. He sat with us and went over everything including why it needed to be done, the process and warranties and what service Wizard can do to assist. We had a total of 3 quotes but service wizard really made a good lasting impression on us, so it was a no brainer to go with them. Their team came out on Monday, right at 8am which consist of Antonio and Marco and another individual I didn’t get his name. They were really good and very thorough. They finished within four hours and did a walkthrough showing me everything that had been replaced and now our AC unit is blowing like a champ thank you service wizard!! You guys rock.

These are the guys to get you through the worst case scenario.
I knew when purchasing a 44 year old house 22 years ago that if I stayed long enough, replacing the entire cast iron sewer drain line underneath it was in my future, and the day finally came.
Service Wizard installed my new AC/Furnace and replaced all the ducting almost 10 years ago, and have been awesomely maintaining it all since. I didn't know until this sewer line issue that they have recently expanded into the plumbing business in addition to HVAC. Not being comfortable with the first two plumbing companies' solution suggestions, I asked Service Wizard to come take a look.
Ethan's explanations about what needed to be done and how SW proposed to do it made more sense to me and actually put me at ease, even with him being fully honest about how disruptive a full tunnel being created under your house, the length of it, and your entire drain line being removed and replaced could be. I still knew that this was the safest, future repair-wise, and best way for the house itself, to go.
Once we agreed on all the particulars (I also had them tackle a few other plumbing situations as well), scheduling was easy and the party began in earnest. From the excavators, to the plumbers, to supervision and communication with management, I cannot imagine this crazy project going smoother than it did, for me anyway. I know that there were unpleasant surprises as that goes under 66 year old houses, but those were never presented to me as problems, only challenges lol.
Ethan and Josh in particular, along with everyone else involved, worked ridiculously hard and long hours. Dale kept me updated and was reachable 24/7. Service Wizard not only has an HVAC customer for life, they now are my only plumbing service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Service Wizard is such a breath of fresh air among A/C repair companies. I've had 3 appointments with this company, and every time my experience has been 100% positive. They are quick to send out a tech to assess the situation, and their feedback always considers how to make the most of the current unit I have vs rushing to recommend a full replacement and launching into a full sales pitch for a new unit. In fact, that's how I first came to know Service Wizard. A competitor told me I needed to replace the unit and made it sound like this was my only option. Because I wasn't ready to spend $13K-$15K, I called Service Wizard for a second opinion. The SW tech assessed the unit and said there was no need to replace it at that time and instead recommended a simple repair. I had another incident six months later, and again they came out the same day I called and fixed the unit quickly and successfully. I know I'll need to replace the unit sooner than later, and Service Wizard will get my business. No question. Highly recommend.
