- LWLeaha West4 days ago5.0I needed my water heater drained and checked. Nathan arrived and gave me several options because he also noticed how old my water softener was. I ended up doing the water softener replacement, because Brooklyn Park water is so hard. He also did the water heater drain and anode rod replacement. When draining the water heater, he let me know the floor drain was really slow and asked if I wanted to get that cleaned as well and I said might as well. I was pleased with the cost and the quality of all the work. Will definitely use again when I have plumbing issues.

He came out and looked at a checklist of items I needed done to satisfy an inspection report and he did great! He gave us three options to choose from for the things we were needing done and let us know what was priority and what could be skipped bc it wouldn’t be necessary. I was grateful he spent the time to explain what he was doing and he priced very fairly and competitively! He took a Quick Look around everywhere else to make sure there were no other glaring issues and gave me tips on how to maintain what he did. I’ll definitely use him as our go to guy moving forward! Scheduling was easy and they had excellent communication along the way and arrived promptly for our appointment time!
