Very professional. Great pricing. Travis was great to work with! Would certainly work with them again in the future.

High-pressure sales company do not recommend. This is my third AC quote and involved the most high-pressure sales. They required my husband to be home which was inconvenient. They didn’t seem to really listen to me and what I already knew. They have a bunch of laminated sheets and four tier, pricing ability and yada yada yada yada. I was just not interested. They wanted to run my credit score to see if I was available for financing that day, and all I wanted was a quote. I had to directly tell him not to check my financing. He had to make a call to someone as a check out procedure to let them know I didn’t want to move forward. This company was strange.

Bought a 16,000 dollar HVAC system from them 3 years ago, my condensate pump went out and they charged me 600 dollars to replace it even though it's an 80 dollar part and the technician was here less than an hour not to mention that I waited all day and had to take time off work. Total of 1000 loss today for something that should have lasted at least 10 years. Terrible service but they did try to upsell me into buying their service warranty.

Terrible experience with this company. Found them at Home Depot offering a $30 AC service. The tech who came was terrible. Right from the start was more focused on getting us to replace our furnace and AC rather than service the AC as requested. Kept trying to scare us about carbon monoxide poisoning/mold if we don't replace the furnace (we followed up with 2-3 other companies and they all said hat we should think about replacing the furnace but there was no immediate risk) Tech did a shoddy job. When he left, we found some screws on the floor and some parts taped up. 2-3 weeks later when we started the AC for the first time on a 90 degree day, it wouldn't start. I have replaced an AC capacitor in the past. So decided to see if that was the part. When I opened the panel, the wires to the capacitor were left unconnected!!! Not sure whether this was just shoddy work or an attempt to get us to buy a new AC. He spent hours trying to convince us to get a new furnace. Called their office to report this and spent 20 mins talking to a lady who took all my details and said a manager would call back and send someone over. No one called. When I called back a few hours later, they said there was no record of my call even though I'm sure it was the same lady I was talking to. Finally fixed the problem myself. Very very disappointed in this company.
