  They keep me informed of when it is time for the wood stove and pipe need cleaning. I get it done every year. Very professional but friendly. I would highly recommend them.

  Billy is top notch. Had an issue with smoke blowing back into the house when it was windy. Scheduling the appointment was easy and he explained everything over the phone. Billy was on time, professional, and courteous. Took off his shoes without being asked, laid down a drop cloth, and cleaned up everything when done. He inspected everything and took pictures then explained any findings and how to fix the problem, and gave some tips on how to keep the fireplace healthy. Really thorough and was genuinely interested in doing a good job and getting the job done, no excuses. Need more people like this, truly a pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

  I just recently bought a home here in the springs and the home inspection said everything was okay, but when we moved in we found the fireplace didn't turn on most times and I smelled gas if it was on. Billy did a full clean and inspection on the fireplace, and replaced the bad ignitor! He got our fireplace looking pretty, working each time we used the switch, and no more gas smell!
