Communication was never effective; sending a text message or an email would take quite a while to get a response, and beyond that, it never felt like they genuinely wanted to help resolve any issues. Overall, we felt that the service provided was extremely poor, and even now, up to this very moment, that remains the case. We moved out on May 31st, which means it’s been about 45 days, and we still haven’t received any notification about the return of our deposit. We feel completely let down, and honestly, we’ve never had such poor customer service from a rental company here in Pensacola. So property owners who are looking for a company that manages your property just run away from this company.

How much does property management cost?
We offer property management primarily on a percentage basis meaning that our monthly management fee is based on the rental value of your home. Our standard fee is 10% of the monthly rent, but we offer discounted rates for retired and active duty military and for owners wishing to bring on multiple listings.
How do I get started with property management?
Starting property management with our office is simple and streamlined. We require you to fill-out a few documents that help us to learn more about your home and a property management agreement. Additional consultations with our staff help us to obtain listing photos and help you understand the best rental value for you home. Within 72 hours we can have your home ready for listing and generating leads.
