  Excellent Service – Thank You, Adrian! Adrian went above and beyond when fixing a clogged drain in my AC system. Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but what really stood out was his character. He was respectful, honest, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone so professional who also takes the time to explain things clearly and treats your home with care. You can tell Adrian takes pride in his work and values doing things the right way. I truly appreciated his integrity and the positive attitude he brought to the job. Highly recommend Adrian if you’re looking for someone you can trust and count on!

  We were very happy that we called Zack from Service Fanatics. With our AC not running, he made a special trip after hours and quickly diagnosed our problem. He got us up and running until his tech Chris, then Adrian and Adrian came back the next day and finished a big job of replacing our evaporator coil. The job they did was especially neat and clean and efficient. We will be definitely be using Service Fanatics again and recommend them to all our family and friends. Thank you again Zack for you and your team’s great service!

  Adrian and Isaiah were a great duo! They were efficient and thorough installing a new central AC. They hit a speed bump on day one and couldn't finish the same day. Instead of leaving us with no AC for another day, they let us use temporary window units in every room to cool the house. When they installed the new air handler in the attic, they found an old one up there from previous owners who never removed it. They got rid of the junk, kept everything tidy, and were very professional and courteous. I am really impressed!

  Eric came out and fixed a leak we had in our master bathroom. He was so personable and very kind. He was also a consummate professional. This is so rare nowadays and I can honestly say, it was so refreshing to actually trust our home in the hands of someone who treated it like his own. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!!!!!!!
