  Want a reliable company that communicates, is on time, reliable, and has outstanding customer service - look no further than Service Champions. There is a reason why I have relied on them for over 15 years. They aren’t always my first choice due to pricing, however if I need something done right they are usually my first call. Today, I had my scheduled AC tune up and added a surge protector. Brandon was the tech that arrived. Professional, and a good dude! Kept me informed throughout and showed me the before and after. Thank you for the work done. Appreciate you.

  We had a disaster of a plumbing service call recently from Service Champions, in fact I posted my review and was able to follow up with my concerns with Jeff Becker from Service Champions. I shared with him all that had happened and offered to do whatever to fix the original problem, and I appreciated Jeff’s genuine concern to win their trust back! We rescheduled an appointment and technician Malik Adam arrived to take care of our original plumbing problem. We appreciated the, “we will fix this” attitude, and the simple fix took about 15 minutes and as I pointed out another problem, Malik called the manufacturer and help arrange to get the part shipped to us at no charge! Great job Service Champions to take this problem and going about to help with an additional problem. Malik’s professionalism, commitment and customer service were over the top and so appreciated. Thank you Service Champions for your efforts to turn a disaster into a success!

  We knew from a home inspection that we would need to do the repiping. We were not prepared for a sewer replacement. But through further investigation we learned that the sewer line was no longer draining properly and there was water in the crawl space. Paul, our plumber who saw the issue, called in his team for further assessment. No way around it. The sewer line under the house needed to be replaced. The fresh water also had problems with deterioration of the old pipes. Our fresh water was not fresh. Hector's team, Dillion, Jose, and another mate came into our home and took care of the problem. What I like about this company is how these workers talk about the company and their other team mates. All positive. They are polite and respectful of your home. They take pride in their work and do not leave until every question is answered and every concern satisfied. This is not our first time with this company. They did HVAC work for us. The experience was the same. Professional. Friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Service Champion for any plumbing or HVAC work you may need. Cost...well this was a huge job. Any after doing my research I found the cost not only represented top quality material, but it represented top quality work that is guaranteed. The price was more than other companies, but the materials were not the top of the line and there was not warranty. Personally, I want the job like this done right and I only want to do it once! Call Service Champion.

  I want to Thank Gio B, Elias S and Francisco from Service Championships. Gio for helping get my new water heater and being honest on what type my house needed. Also, Gio helped me with my financial situation and walked through the new upgrade company that they use. Elisa for helping me understand my new system and how to adjust the timer. As a person with the disability, I really needed to know how everything worked on my water heater.Francisco the installer him and his helper were just awesome. I have been using Service Champions for years and they have always been top-notch even going out of their way sometimes From bringing in packages that were left at my door to bringing in my trash cans . I will and would recommend Service Champions for anybody who needs their air conditioning service the water heater service and even my plumbing service. I have all three that are with Service Champions and have never ever been let down. Thank you and God bless.

  I saw their truck driving down the freeway with their number on it so I gave them a call. After telling them that I might need a to replace my air conditioner, they sent the manager out. The Manager stated that he didn’t think I needed to replace my unit only repair the unit because the parts were under warranty. He then stated he would send someone the next day to give me an estimate on replacement of parts. The salesperson/technician gave me a quote of replacement of parts and labor. It was about $2000.00 more than a previous estimate unless I join their club/membership and only then the price would lower by $1600.00 but only if I joined their membership club. I then inquired to this technician about duct work. He showed me a video of “my ducts”, and still pictures. The video showed that my ducts were badly damaged and putting out more air in my attic than in my home. I was floored. Devastated. He then had someone immediately dispatched to my home. A specialist. He too showed me more damage than the first guy. He then quoted me a price of $17,000.00 for one type of duct system and $19,000.00 for an upgraded duct system. I told them (when I get their names I will post them) that I had to see about financing. They left. Today I got a second opinion from a different company. His price was $2000.00 less than Service Champions and stated that my ducts were perfectly fine. He showed me pictures and I got in the attic myself. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I told him about the previous days events. He stated, Ma’am, I can show you pictures of anyone’s damaged ducts in an attic and say it’s yours if I’m trying to get a sale.” Beware of this company. Beware of the technicians they send out in Riverside. This company is a fraud and a scam. They have scammers working for them. I’m a lone female over 60 years old in a big home. They thought that they could get one over on me. They took my $99.00 service fee and didn’t blink twice. They should refund my money back to me. When I called I was placed on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
