They did exactly what they said in the time frame given and my washer is fixed. Quick, honest, and respectful. I would use them again and recommend them.
- RBRicky BirtOct 8, 20251.0I asked this company to repair my washing machine as I had no time to do so myself. The agitator was worn out and needed replaced. Upon removing the old agitator they broke the bolt off in the shaft and didn't say a word. They installed the new one without securing it I left a broken bolt in the shaft. Needless to say the agitator fell apart again. They didn't bother to clean underneath the agitator prior to installing a new one. Then they charge me half the price of the washing.
- HWHarley WilsonOct 6, 20255.0Brad Reynolds’s serviced my dryer today. When I made an appointment on Friday evening they fit me in the following Monday afternoon. . It was a simple belt issue causing smoke and the drum to slow down. He took the time after fixing the belt to clean out all the lent and just to make sure there was nothing further, he took the backing off and double checked the coil packs and whatever else is back there. He was polite in conversation and is a hard worker. He is a certified HVAC technician and knows his stuff! He told me if I have anymore issues, to please call him and he will come right back out. This is the second time I have used this company, once, six years ago for my washer repair and experienced the same service. I will be recommending them!
- LMLancy MasonSep 26, 20251.0I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I will. I would not recommend this company. We had them out to diagnose our washer. He told us it needed a new motor. We agreed to have him put it in. It took forever to get the new motor ordered and in, then when he put it in, it was a bad motor. So he ordered a second one. Again, it took almost two weeks to get it in from wherever they order from. He came to put it in, and the second motor was bad too. We just asked for our money back cause it was ridiculous. Very poor communication with us. We had to call every single day to ask when the parts would be in. The answer was always, tomorrow. They need to start ordering from a different parts store that will send them actual working parts and get them to them in a timely manner. The employees are very nice, but need to make some changes.
