  Logan at Serra Cadillac Clarksville was assisting me before I ever stepped foot on the lot. He asked questions about what I was looking for and found a vehicle within my price range and with everything I needed. I test drove the car and it was amazing. Logan went above and beyond to help me through the finance process and waited patiently while I gathered all of the necessary paperwork. He kept me updated on the progress and once everything was approved, he had the car ready and waiting for me with a full tank of gas. He even showed me how the hatch functions before I left. I would recommend this location and especially Logan to anyone seeking a low-pressure, friendly car shopping experience.

  Worst Service Dept ever! They say our Cadillac is ready. He had to find a ride because I had surgery this morning. He got there and they said it would be 45 more min. He waited and no one came to give him an update and he starts walking home in the rain !! I called and called and no one was available! Finally the manger called and apologized. My husband had already walked 8 miles in the rain. While he was waiting and walking around in the showroom looking at vehicles and not ONE salesman walked over to show him the Escalade. He said 4 salesman were standing 4 feet in front of him doing nothing!! Bad experience! Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership!!!
