They took our concept idea involving diamonds and rubies in an arrangement meaningful to us and created unique, beautiful rings. Through the years we've received numerous and spontaneous comments about the beauty of our rings. Earlier this year both of us realized that some weight loss had resulted in our rings becoming too lose. We returned to Seng seeking a solution other than merely cutting them to make a smaller size. We didn't want to damage the engraving inside the rings. The owners were remarkably helpful and patient. From their guidance we agreed on a plan that solved the problem beautifully. They added a complimentary third ring for my wife, which ensures that her rings remain securely in place. To my ring they added/attached narrow rings to each side, which ensure that my ring now fits securely. Our rings, and mine in particular, now are more beautiful than they were previously! The staff who do the design work are pure artists. We were lucky to Benn Davis, who owned the company since 1938. The Davis family have continued his legacy of quality and integrity.
