  I’ve had the worst experience with these people! I first had issues with my payments as HFD their in house payment company kept making errors with my payments and refunding them then saying I didn’t pay, it got so bad and so much back and forth with calls that eventually I just gave up. They offered to refund me all my payments so they could switch me over to new system which worked at first but…. At first in may I spoke to Teresa about these issues , got passed off to Sarah the director then another director then finally Monica and she was so rude! They go thru management like crazy cus they’re shady. I had a scheduled appointment this last time and I had confirmed and somehow when I get there MONICA tells me I am not confirmed and cannot do my appointment because I didn’t reply back but I DID AND HAD PROOF. She did not want me to give me corporates number and any time I call she hangs up. Mind you I was a busy mom of a small child and worked nights. I would advise you to run fast and far away from this place. Save your money go to LASERAWAY I’ll be taking my business there as I was spending good money to do my treatments and to be treated this way after so many issues is unacceptable. Monica I hope they replace you genuinely you are a horrible person and not a great director at all .

  WARNING: STAY FAR AWAY FROM SEMPER LASER! I am extremely disappointed with this company. Run far away before it’s too late! Side effects are REAL and they won’t warn you upfront. The armpit laser became stinky and unbearable. The facial treatment left me with white hairs! When you reach out, the office will say they’ll contact corporate… but corporate never gave me a call. I’ve sent emails and messages up until today, October 5, and no one has reached out. Meanwhile, they keep taking money from my account for treatments I’m not receiving anymore.
