If I could give this place ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This dealership sold me a lemon — plain and simple. I purchased my car on July 23rd, and by August 4th it completely broke down. Not even two weeks. I trusted them, thinking I was getting a reliable vehicle, and instead I got stuck with a car that doesn’t even run.
To make matters worse, the so-called “warranty” is a complete joke. Now I’m being told I have to pay $2,400 out of pocket just to get my car back, even though it shouldn’t have broken down in the first place! It’s been TWO MONTHS without my car — no help, no real communication, and no accountability from anyone. Meanwhile, I’m still expected to make car payments on something that’s sitting in a shop collecting dust.
I am angry, disappointed, and beyond fed up. The way this dealership operates is shameful. They take your money, wash their hands of you, and leave you to deal with the mess. There’s nothing honest or trustworthy about how they do business.
If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, stay far away from this place. Don’t fall for the smiles and sweet talk — once they’ve got your signature, they stop caring. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
