  I had the most incredible experience at Selah Pilates and Wellness! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. The instructors are skilled and attentive, ensuring each session is tailored to my individual needs and capabilities. The studio is clean, peaceful, and equipped with top-of-the-line equipment. Whether you're new to Pilates or seasoned, Selah Pilates and Wellness offers a truly transformative experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall well-being! Five stars all the way!

  I was in Ocean Springs for a couple months, and wanted to continue my Pilates reformer training and routine. So happy I found Selah Pilates!!! I called the owner, Leah, and she was so lovely and accommodating, welcoming me into her studio, allowing me to jump right in and work within my level. She was so thorough, patient, and helpful with her instructions on how to use the reformer machines and gear, and put safety first. Truly recommend this studio for all levels of Pilates! I took a variety of classes, from beginner to intermediate to advanced, whether it was mat, reformer, or a mix of both! It was great to see and measure progress, and work my way up! Serious Pilates is done here! The depth of knowledge of Pilates is seen across the board with all the trainers! All so lovely and work with each student individually, as the classes are smaller and each person can be assisted throughout. I especially love the community of the studio, and how friendly everyone is! I plan to be back and forth, and always pop in for a class when I get a chance!
