He quickly diagnosed the problem and talked me through how to get it moving. I took it straight to See Mors and they had me fixed and on my way in 30 minutes. Thank you Brandi and Cody for 5 star service and customer service!

Customer Service Representative took the time to answer questions and provide recommendations on a tonneau cover for a pick up truck. They took the time in showing me the pros and cons of each cover after I provided a brief description. I was sold when I learned that they are a 3rd generation small business. Set an appointment for the install which occurred 3 weeks after the purchase. During the install process I had to wait a little extra time and a discount was provided. I am satisfied with product and staff.

From the floor employees, floor manager, general manager and owner, and principally, their service man, Cody, all were most friendly, courteous and very helpful. Cody did many upgrades and repairs on my RV, was able to solve all my issues, and completed all work in an excellent and timely manner. He handled work from complex electrical installation, to plumbing to propane issues with great knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend them for your RV service needs.
- MMMichaelNov 6, 20255.0Called and spoke to a very nice lady and explained that one of my hydraulic leveling jacks on my RV would not retract. She told me that their mobile RV tech was not there on that day, but connected me to Cody, one of their RV techs to see if he could offer suggestions on what to do. Cody was super nice and put me on hold so he could check his schedule to see if he could squeeze some time in to come out to help me. He came back and said that he would come within the hour. About 20 minutes later he arrived at my RV and was able to retract the Jack and quickly get me back on the road! I think most other places would have said “no one available” and left it at that. But Cody went above and beyond to help me out! You don’t find this kind of customer service very often. In addition, Cody was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend See-Mor to anyone needing assistance!

Jack and crew are very knowledgeable about Airstreams, electrical issues, lithium battery setups, etc. What peace of mind to have a place like this to bring our Airstream for regular maintenance. You'll see lots of smiles here.
