I've had a account with them for over 4 yrs. I went to go deposit a check from my husband's bank and they said they had to put a 7 day hold on the check. I asked if there was something they could do faster. Branch manager said he called my husband's bank and the funds were insufficient. I called my husband's bank and they said funds were there. So I went and woke my husband (he works nights) and he went to the bank with me. I thought maybe they called the wrong number or bank so I gave them number of the bank and options to talk to representatives or automative. The branch manager said he already called twice and he didn't have time to deal with it the money is insufficient. So I went to the Marble Falls bank and ask if they could please help me and told them what happened, gave them the numbers they called the Kingsland bank and said that they told her not to deposit the check it is to be put on 7 day hold. I called husband's bank in between all this and they said no calls had been made to them that they note and record every call inquiries. They just flat out lied. I DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH LIARS!

I'd give them a 5 but their website goes down a little too often. The people are wonderful, friendly and smile every time you see them! I've been to the Marble Falls too, but I prefer the Kingsland personnel! Had 5 personal accounts and 1 business - never a problem!
