    Excellent service by all Tellers and all Associates at desks. Everyone is exceptionally pleasant, professional, accurate in their responsibilities and conscious of every customer’s requests and needs. I respect and appreciate that they are closed on the weekends, thereby, being mindful of the lives of their Staff. I recommend this bank completely. SF

    Prior to joining Security State Bank & Trust, I had banked with Bank of America for as long as I can remember. I was nervous to make the switch, but I was looking for a bank with better customer service and a bank that was closer to home. It didn’t take me long to realize that the grass was greener at Security State Bank & Trust. Their employees are extremely helpful and everything is taken care of quickly. If you live in Spicewood, I would highly recommend this bank. It’s local and they pride themselves on great customer service.
