  We recently closed on our house in Rockin J Ranch and could not have been more pleased with the service we received from the mortgage team with Security State Bank & Trust. From the very beginning Christina Hopson was very helpful in scheduling all the details for our closing. Her job was made a little more difficult due to the moving window of completion date from our builder. Regardless of this, she stayed in touch with us on a regular basis and assured us that everything would be ok. This re-assurance allowed us to focus on other issues regarding our pending move. Again, I can't say enough good things about the "hands on" service we got from Christina and the mortgage team! This is a great example of what customer service is supposed to look like!   I needed 'banking' services' but did not (yet) have an account with Security State, I took a chance and one would have thought I was a million dollar account holder ! Not once but twice !! As you might imagine, I will be opening accounts there today ;) It not only looks like a house but I feel like I'm walking into a neighbors home when I step through the door.
