I’ve found Security State Bank & Trust to be outdated and inconvenient. There is no customer support available over the weekend, which is incredibly frustrating if issues come up outside of weekday hours. Recently, I couldn’t log in to the app or website due to an update, and there was no help available. Their rates aren’t competitive either, so there’s no real reason to keep banking here. Unfortunately, the lack of modern support and services has made me decide to move my accounts elsewhere.

The main motor bank manager is a person with no respect or honor. She will lie to you and cannot be trusted. She has used her abilities with the bank's intranet to move joint funds that did not solely belong to her to her private account during a recent divorce. Beware of fraud and deception!

Good bank. Very personal and social. Locations are limited around TX but if you need just Hill Country Banking, this is the place.
