- KTKazuya Tatsu2 days ago1.0If you are looking for a reputable bank; these are the wrong people to do business with. They inject their opinions without doing even the littlest bit of research (such as a basic google search) to verify their own opinion. CJ Novak and Scott Wilson in particular are just prime examples of the low standards in the industry that are prevalent these days especially in smaller towns. This bank is fortunate that Tulsa county district court is stuck in the 1990's and doesn't do online\remote applications for small claims court otherwise I'd have forced this bank to face accountability. That's what places like this sorely lack. Accountability. So this review will have to do. Stay away.

So I can only go off of what I know and my experience. First it's very clean and well maintained. Next staff I have to say one of the nicest staff I've ever seen consistently saying hi, have a good day or weekend. Even the security guy is nice. Services there are many cause there's a second floor which I don't know much about I just know I bring paperwork up stairs and the ladies always take care of me. So overall I have to give them 5 stars I've yet to say darn I have to go to the bank. With that said thank you to the tellers and the ladies up stairs for always having a upbeat personality. You always put a smile on my face when I go there. And the make things so easy.
