  Steven from Securitex helped us with an exterior door that was thicker than the (store bought) door levers & deadbolt would account for. Two day schedule to arrival (which was reasonable) and with some modifications and longer mounting bolts (not big box store available), Steven installed the lever and deadbolt perfectly. Nice tight fit and with a very reasonable install price. Very courteous, professional and reasonable service👍

  If they don’t care about driving recklessly in their company vehicles and putting others at risk, I doubt they care about the quality of their service. Drive safer please!

  Avoid this guy whenever you can. He stated that he quoted me $690 for duplicating a key over the phone but I heard it was $69. So I okayed it thinking it was $69 and then he came. I would never imagine that copying a key would cost $690. I double checked the price right before his service. It turned out I misunderstood. So I apologized to him that I had to cancel the service. Then he was demanding $50 for his trip which was never mentioned before. I should have get quoted in text rather than in conversation We were going back and forth over $50, he demanded but we didn’t come to an agreement. He then walked over to the other side of his van where I couldn't see him for a while. A couple of minutes passed, he was still out of my sight. I walked over to him to see what he was doing. Little did I know, this guy would vandalize my car for not paying $50. He was squeezing in super glue into my van’s keyhole. I tried to stop him but he had already done the damage and left the scene saying “This is what you deserve!” Reading his reviews, he is infamous for overcharging the service plus he has an attitude.

  Ken and John know their stuff! Couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism. They were on time and helped educate me on all the options we had to upgrade the security of my home! Thank you guys.
