  This is a great facility. Very clean! The manager was very helpful with the move in process. I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs.

  I stored my car there for 4 months. When I returned, the battery was dead so I'm stranded. I went inside to call for a jumpstart but the manager (Quinn) offered to help and we had the car running in 5 minutes. Thanks Quinn for going above and beyond.

  They will steal your money!!!! We paid for an entire year up front in October of 2024 for a space to park our camper that was paid through until the end of September 2025. We received a random $41 charge on our account out of nowhere. I call & spoke with Quinn who is the new property manager & I had never spoken up until this point. I explained the situation and said this must be a misunderstanding, please just fix our account. He argued with me for 20 minutes and repeatedly refused to help me in any way. He told me there is nothing at all he can do and they will not be giving me a refund of this money that falsely came out of my account. Quinn said if I don’t like it to come pick up my camper and he would refund our money. He also said to leave a google review if I didn’t like his response. I asked for his manager name and phone number in which he replied that he could not and would not give that information out either. Absolutely treated me the worst I have ever been treated by a company or another human!!! I picked up my camper that night, called the next day in which he would not answer my call. Called the day after that and finally he answered. I told him we picked our camper up and we need a refund of the $41 and the remainder of September. He told me that we had vacated our space and we will not get any refund and to call my bank and take it up with them. We never had an issue for almost en entire year until Quinn started working here.. Absolute WORST customer service in history from him!! We were actually about to renew another year and pay up front again, up until Quinn wanted to lose a customer over $41 that was falsely charged. Do yourself a favor from being a victim of them stealing money from your account on file and rent somewhere else. Times are too tough for your money to be STOLEN!! *update* owner tried to give my money back for the month of September only if I removed this review. I refused..z told him he can keep my money. I’d rather people know how they treat you. If I was the owner I would have given the money regardless.. just goes to show that he doesn’t care.
