First off shout to Remy at the front desk. She’s an absolute star example of quality customer service. She’s one of the reasons we will be back. Also shout out to Thali and Miracle they were sweet and very helpful. The dj was awesome and the rest of the staff was kind. Our room was not clean or ready upon check in however we told Remy and she fixed it in a promptly manner. Housekeeping did wake us up an hour before checkout to ask if we were checking out. I feel like that shouldn’t have happened but minor inconvenience not to worry about. However we did meet a bartender Johnny. After hours of being by the pool ordering he mentions to my husband he didn’t pay for his drink the night before. We tried to explain that when we were there it was three female bartenders and my husband had to leave for a work emergency by 8pm and returned around 4am so couldn’t have been him. He didn’t care and rather argue, we paid it. Then during happy hour my husband ordered a bud light and was told $5. A few minutes later still during happy hour the price was $6 when my husband inquired why the price change he was told “uncle Sam needs his cut too.” We again obliged instead of argue. We ordered from the kitchen “lucky loins”(was delicious and surprised at the quality of the food honestly.) Again we were charged more than the listed price on the menu. We ordered a cocktail bucket and when we went for a refill I was given the menu of options. I inquired if I got a different type is it still the same price for a refill, he advised yes and I was charged $20 for a refill despite all the listed prices in the resort say $18. If there’s a price discrepancy I suggest changing your marketing images to reflect the correct cost. This made us not want to spend another penny there as we felt we were targeted and taken advantage of. My husband is a person of principal and advised he would like to never return to the property solely on this bad bartending interaction.
My sweetheart and I traveled from Utah (we have family in the Tampa area, so we visit yearly) for a fun, adults-only getaway. This was our 4th or 5th stay, and it never disappoints. We especially love when lifestyle groups host full takeovers—iCandy events are a standout—but the resort shines even on regular weekends.
Recent renovations to the pools and social areas are fantastic; everything feels fresh and inviting. The themed play spaces (including a creative dungeon for the more adventurous) add variety, and clear guidelines keep the environment respectful and comfortable. Cleanliness is top-notch throughout.
We appreciate the mix of newcomers and seasoned guests; the vibe is welcoming without pressure. Couples and occasional single ladies are common, and staff do a great job maintaining boundaries—rare issues with overly eager solos are handled quickly.
For the full experience, request a ground-floor room near the action. If you prefer quieter evenings, second-floor rooms offer a nice retreat. Overall, a highly recommended spot for open-minded adults seeking a safe, judgment-free escape. We’ll be back!

We are annual members and local to the resort, we love the atmosphere, the staff, and the food. Benji at the front desk always has a great attitude and goes beyond and above to make sure the guests are happy. Mack and Odny also great friendly welcoming attitude and make sure guests are having good time. Jordan and Jess keep you entertained all day and night with fun activities. What my wife and I have noticed over last couple of weeks is the new security does not make us feel safe at night. We never see them walking the property at night anymore. We see Josh, and Frances walking around and they will stop to make sure everything is ok, but besides that security doesn't walk the property anymore. My wife loves coming up there by herself for Wednesday nights event, but she doesn't feel as safe with the new security. Otherwise its Disney World for adults and its definitely a must go to scene, you wont be disappointed....
Updated 10/15/25.. since posting review we have noticed security walking around at night again, wife was very happy. Thanks again, you guys are awesome!!
Checked out this place just for fun with some friends. Each suite is individually owned and decorated, which means the quality and style and amenities vary, but it makes for a super fun choice.
The pool is always pristine. The amount of filters is astonishing, and watching the staff cleaning the common areas early in the morning was extraordinary. All trash was picked up, floors and furniture were being pressure washed, pool was skimmed repeatedly. They were THOROUGH. It also helps that guests seem to value this place and, for the most part, treat it very respectfully.
The play rooms are a fun attraction, definitely a fun vibe and lots of options depending on what you’re into.
However, our absolute favourite part was the dungeon. When we visited, it was being run by Carlos and Eddie. The dungeon was meticulously kept, and these two gentlemen ran it with both an iron first and a silk glove. Let me explain:
The dungeon itself is a sensory experience, which I found deliciously inducive to my preferred state of mind. Both gentlemen are constantly ensuring the space remains clean and safe, upholding the rules and checking in at the most minor of inconveniences. They are both also thoroughly educated in respect, safety, cleanliness, and aftercare. I felt safe at all times. Eddie gives wonderful demos if you’d like, and Carlos checked in with me during my aftercare and ensured I was hydrated and felt comfortable. At one point in time, while my husband was getting me water, there was a guest trying to get to me while I was still in an altered state of mind. Carlos made it a point to use his own body to block me from view and access, and kept me engaged talking to ensure I was okay. As soon as my husband returned, Carlos helped him get me up and fully awake, while STILL ensuring no one else could approach me. And he did this for everyone, whether they had a companion or not, to ensure everyone felt secure and supported.
Eddie also made sure he was always available to assist with tool selection, and had some really delicious ideas on how to use many of them.
All in all, these two gentlemen made the experience a fun, exciting, and transcendental one. They were 100% the reason my husband and I decided to become members!

My husband and I stayed here a couple weeks ago. First impression was not great. The lady that checked us in did not have a great attitude, she started to tell us about additional fees but wouldn't explain the fees until we handed a card over for the deposit and those additional fees, we were upset because when we booked online through their site, no additional fees were explained at all, so of course we were surprised and upset, we had our room booked for several months and my husband never received even an email explaining the additional fees. We were charged a club fee for a club that wasn't even open while we were there. You are forced to buy their drinks at the pool bar if you want to drink anything other than water at the pool. The shower in our room was not plumbed properly and you were forced to either take a scalding hot or ice cold shower. There was construction on rooms under us from 8am to over 9pm at night and when I politely requested that the workers not make to much noise (i.e.: running sawzaws, concrete cutters and all sorts of equipment) so late the night before we checked out, they didn't do anything about it. The night before we checked out we were trying to go to bed early because we had a long drive the next day, and we were woken up by banging and power tools under us, when we went to the front desk, the girl was super sweet but the manager on duty acted like he didn't want to hear us out and kept trying to walk away from us while we were talking. Over all we didn't have a great experience. Not once did they offer any resolution for the problems with the room or the construction. We'll probably never come back, we drove 9 hours to stay at this resort, and it was just a major disappointment.
