- KKKrisOct 10, 20253.0I’ve looked at this neighborhood more than once and this is my honest review about my experience with the sellers (Richmond homes) and is in no way a knock on the neighborhood itself. I’ve spoken to sales reps multiple times about their homes for sale and have had interesting responses to some basic questions. For example, they advertise homes at a price point on the mls, but when you arrive it’s only that price if you waive the special financing. If you want their advertised 4%, the price of the home skyrockets 50,000. Yes you read that right. Secondly, the houses are not complete and will need appliances and garage door openers. You’d think for a 400k dollar home, it would things of this nature, or at least a set of blinds. Lastly when you decide to look at the neighborhood just keep in mind there’s a 150 dollar a month charge to pay for the PID. This is in addition to your home loan and your HOA fees. The neighborhood is beautiful and if you can afford it by all means go for it. I’m just reviewing the questionable practices by the company itself. Just know what is advertised you will not receive.
