  We visited this community a few weeks back and met the sale representative Amanda. She was such a professional rep to work with. Even though there were no model homes built, she was more than happy to drive us to a different location where they had a home with a similar plan for us to see. We have worked with many sales representatives before but Amanda stands out with her professionalism and customer friendly interaction. She always understood whenever we changed our mind, going back and forth. We absolutely loved working with her and we hope we could get into a deal and work some opportunity where she is part of. We would like to thank her for all the help and looking forward to working with her in future. Coming to the community, this is a brand new community and highly recommended for someone looking for a new home in Rancho Cordova. They have 100 plus homes coming and there are many new communities around which are starting as well. Best part, is the lot sizes they are offering. As per our knowledge the lots are varying from 4,500 sqft till 6,000 sqft which is pretty decent when compared to surround communities who are still stuck with 3,000 sqft lots.
