- ATAlicia TangemanAug 9, 20231.0I contacted their office to set an appointment for a quote. The afternoon before the appointment, (appointment was for 10:30 the following morning) the scheduler called to see if it would be okay to move it later in the day. Per the scheduler, Kelly (owner) would be out my way, making it more convenient for her to come at 3:30pm I rearranged my plans to meet her at 3:30 instead of 10:30am At 3:05 I get a call she’s 10 minutes away No problem, I head over and arrive in 10 minutes. At 3:30 I get a call from the scheduler that she went to the wrong address, 1.3 miles away and am told she will be there in 5 minutes. I stand outside and wait and she doesn’t show or call. I called the office back and am told she should be there shortly At 4:00 I call back, asking if she’s still coming and I’m told they will call her and call me back. At 4:17 I call her office back and ask to speak with someone that can let me know what’s going on. I sent a message to Kelly on her business website. No apology or response received and a day wasted. I don’t recommend scheduling with this company. They probably won’t show and don’t have the decency to call & cancel.

The wide disparity between the two good reviews and the two bad ones is unsettling. I have been a client for ten years and I can't imagine the Seaside team doing anything that the bad reviewers described. They have ALWAYS been helpful, technically competent, and friendly. Great company! Highly recommended!
