Our agent Kasey has been so helpful and knowledgeable- when buying a new home I shopped around for a home insurance quote. He was able to give me better coverage, while saving over $1000 a year! On top of that, he bundled in our cars and saved us hundreds there as well, with same coverages. Now here’s the best part- we had a hail claim on our house with thousands in damage just a few months after our policy began. Friends and contractors warned me how difficult the process would be and how my insurance company would try to go cheap on everything.
State Farm has truly made the process so easy and streamlined- our adjuster was the nicest guy and covered so many things we didn’t even expect, without us having to fight for it! Our kids play sets, trampoline, and more! He even explained how to get the depreciation at the end once repairs were done- an extra step that ensured we got our full payout.

I called Sean O'Daniel's office. They answered which has not been the norm. The young man that answered is Kasey Grasanti. He took the time on the phone and ran the estimates and had them in my email within the hour! That never happens! His follow up and accessibility is A++. Crazy to think in a "service" business that someone actual provided that! Highly recommend!
