We have had four different HVAC contractors prior to contacting SCR with no success. We had areas of our home that heated/ cooled very unevenly. At one point one of the contractors switched out our thermostat four times and had our furnace short cycling. To say we were frustrated would be an understatement. Then we contacted SCR. They very thoroughly checked our entire system and found our ductwork looked like a bowl of spaghetti for starters, and clearly explained our issues. SCR came in and reconstructed our ductwork, and installed a new system for us. I cannot begin to explain how thrilled we are...and amazed...at how well our home heats and cools now. It honestly took us a long time to adjust to living with a perfectly working system! How sad we had lived with such a mess for years before we discovered SCR. Thankfully we did, and now have confidence in our heating and cooling system. We cannot thank them enough!
- DRDamian RolfsmeierMar 1, 20181.0I had water leaking from my toilet. The technician came out and installed a new wax ring. 3 hours later I had water pooled up. It ended up being the hose, and had to replace it myself since I was going out of town the next day. I called SCR about it and was transferred to a manager, which I left a detailed voicemail about my issue. It has been two months and still haven't got a call back. I paid $200 for something I didn't need and still had to fix it myself. Please don't use this company. They have terrible customer service.
