We called the office today for help making our payment, which was overdue by our mistake. Kandace helped us with the payment and she helped us set up auto pay and she stayed on the phone while I did the steps. All is taken care of. I love working with these people.

Our credit card which was used for State Farm autopay for several accounts was compromised and locked causing some payments to be rejected while we were on vacation. Called State Farm and Carrie made it easy to get everything updated and was able to waive each of the $25 late fees.
Carrie and everyone else I've dealt with there are always VERY helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been with State Farm a long time!! You will not get BETTER customer service than Scott Davidson office. My calls are always promply responded too, everyone in the office is knowledgable, have validate my concerns, & work with me to disuss ways to resolve my issue. I will never change my state farm agent. State Farm is not the cheapest insurance but its the best for me. Kudos to Joan & Carrie! They are the best! Thank you!
