  Great experience. Saved money with one their used options (has 90 day warranty) and was able to get next day delivery. Nice to deal with a local small business.

  Horrible experience. I attempted to purchase refurbished and I get there may be an issue but a month later the fridge was toast and then 3 months after the dryer broke. We ended up getting a credit but Peter just over talked when I attempted to talk to him and had a condescending attitude. He attempts to speak like a gangster and make you feel stupid. Doesn’t work. Will not be going back and will never recommend to anyone. Stay away from this place.

  Peter Sclamo saved me today. I had ordered a refrigerator two weeks ago from the big BLUE store. It was scheduled for delivery yesterday so the old one went. Guess what it never arrived. No one at Lowes knew where it was and today they said they will bring it tomorrow. Yes 3 days with no refrigerator in a heat wave with overseas company arriving. I arrived and told Peter I was in distress and before long he really understood. He found me the same refrigerator I had ordered but unfortunately couldn't deliver on short notice BUT before I left the store they loaded a used small refrigerator/freezer in my car to take and use until the new one arrives. I was so happy that I even bought a dishwasher which was to be a later purchase. Thank you Sclamos and Peter Michael for taking such good care. I guess this proves the benefits of SHOP LOCAL!!!!

  Was in a real bind and needed an affordable washing machine. Gary helped so much. Thank you! Whenever it comes time to purchase more appliances I will certainly come here. As well as recommend to anyone I know.
