Horrible. They "fixed" our chiller for speed Vac /lyophilizer and it died in less than a month. They did not honor the 30 day warranty. They came back to look at it and said we would have to pay more. The did not diagnose the problem correctly and did not fix the problem correctly. We have been down for months and having to use a cold finger for the speed vac and not use the Lyophilizer. Don't use them they suck.

Retrofit old environmental chamber with all new refrigeration components and controls. About $50k for upgrade. Compressor died after only 2 years. They offered zero support.
