  They are not very friendly to new comers, actually I felt like they were down talking me or making me feel stupid! They need costumer friendly service training....

  looks like a concentration camp I visit in Europe. I m sad that we human did not learn anything. it's all about money and greed. growing up on a dairy farm in Austria I feel deep sorrow for this animals.
