  Absolutely Outstanding! I recently had a plumbing issue—a burst pipe in my kitchen—and called Schrader Plumbing LLC. To start I'm a corporate account Executive who works for a fortune 500 company who prides ourselves on customer service. From the initial emergency call to the final cleanup, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding and truly deserving of a five-star rating. Joh and his apprentice were courteous and immediately understood the urgency. John arrived promptly, even slightly ahead of schedule. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the problem and the necessary repair steps before starting any work. The repair itself was done with incredible speed, precision, and skill. They managed to fix a messy, complicated issue efficiently, ensuring the highest quality of work. What really set them apart was their dedication to leaving the work area cleaner than they found it. The final cost was transparent and exactly as quoted—no hidden fees or surprises. I felt respected as a customer and completely confident in the durability of their repair. I would highly recommend John and Schrader Plumbing LLC to anyone needing plumbing services, big or small.   Wes and his parner did and fine job. I found out that there was a very bad leak under my pier and beam house. It was a copper pipe going from the kitchen sink to the shower. They pieced in a 20 foot peice of PVC and fixed the leak. I am grateful for free estimates. I will call them again.

  We were having issues with our water heater. Jacob was able to make it out within a few hours and resolved the issue within a few minutes. I feel bad they wasted a trip on such a simple fix and I'm embarrassed that I should have been able to resolve it myself, but I really appreciate their timeliness and kindness. I will use them in the future and recommend them to others.

  I had a flange break on my toilet causing it to leak water at the base. Schrader quoted $2400 to repair AND said floor tile would have to be broken out around the toilet. This would add a huge expense to retile the bathroom floor on top of the exorbitant repair price. The quote also included wording that would allow for the price to be arbitrarily increased once the work was underway if deemed necessary. I wasn't about to leave myself open to this kind of exposure. I called another company and they made the repair for $850 with NO damage to floor tile. Needless to say, I'm not a fan of this company and their ridiculous pricing. Additional Info You Requested: Address of Service- 505 Dalton Drive, Hurst Your guy stuck me for $295 to pull the toilet and look at it for about 5 minutes which I also deemed exorbitant.

  Schrader Plumbing was outstanding from start to finish! At the outset, Taylor clearly explained the dispatch process, and when a cancellation opened, they moved my appointment to the same day! I appreciated the text with the techs’ photos and bios—very reassuring! Eli and Hunter arrived promptly, showed great professionalism and patience, and provided excellent service. We’ll definitely call Schrader Plumbing again!
