I have visited this store many times now and I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service and attitude every time. There's a great selection of Disc Golf discs and I also ordered a bag and was quite pleased with the price. No regrets and they have been a big supporter of the local disc golf scene. I'm going to shop here also for my uncle who is into Bicycling

Wow! Tim and Mark have done an incredible job of ruining my relationship with Scholls. My wife and I used to be avid Cyclists and did a lot of business with Scholls. Last week we decided we were going to get back into cycling by riding more trails so I took my 95 Specialized Hard Rock off the wind trainer and hauled that heavy steel frame down to Scholls for a tune-up, new tubes, new tires, new Rapid Fire shifters and grips. "3 to 4 days and $120 or so" was the prognosis. Cool, can you guys clean it up (some 12 year old mud splatters still graced the frame and rims were a disgusting mixture of dust and sweat)? "Sure" was the reply. On Wednesday I received a call from Tim, the brakes are shot, another $40 or so. Sure thing I replied, go for it. On Thursday I picked the bike up to the tune of $177 which was the agreed price. It didn't look very clean (in fact it didn't look like it had been touched) but hey, the installs were done neatly, in the time promised and at the agreed price so, no big deal, I'll clean up my own mud. On Friday I started washing the bike down and noticed that not only had the frame not been touched but none of the components one would associate with a tune-up had been cleaned either. I found spiderwebs and carcasses on the derailer, mud and surface rust on the front chain rings and (the final straw) evergreen twigs in the rear rings. No big deal, I have to run a few errands in Cranberry, I'll swing by and drop the bike off and ask them to take a once over on the chain and rings. When I arrived, Mark came out of the Tech shop and I asked him about the current bike models and mentioned that my wife and I were in the market for at least one new bike. I wanted to let him know that I wanted to become a regular customer again and not just show up once to complain about one thing. I asked Mark if he would come out to my truck and take a look at the bike. I calmly stated that I thought the bike could have been a little cleaner and I was concerned that the drive components showed such debris. Mark became very defensive and I tried to defuse the situation by saying "Listen, I'm really not that angry about this. I just thought I could drop it off real quick and pick it up in a few hours." to which Mark replied, "I'll take it and clean it but I'll have to charge you.". I just payed $177 and you guys won't take it into the shop and blow it out and oil it?! So I said "Now I am getting angry". I expressed my surprise at Mark's attitude and he said "I've been here 15 years and the owners will tell you the same thing." I put my bike back in my truck and Mark walked off. I thought, let me talk to Tim, the Manager. Somehow Mark and I got off on the wrong foot and maybe I can start over. Same response, we don't clean bikes. Your bike looks pretty clean. Here's how you can clean it yourself. I am stunned! Speechless. Maybe they were having an off day but I will not return for that kind of treatment. If anyone associated with Scholls would like to contact me about this experience and modifying my review please contact me.
