- LDLatto DrakeOct 5, 20251.0This nursing home need to be shut down there is signs of abuse or neglect, physical & emotional abuse, poor personal care, and unsanitary conditions. The staff is horrible. It’s very sad they don’t care about the residents and employees.
- TTTonyOct 3, 20251.0I have been a resident at Schofield nursing home for more than 2 years and I can honestly say that this is the worst nursing home on God's green earth. Look at all the videos I have posted exactly 77 videos and you decide for yourself if you would send a loved one here or if you would place yourself in this nursing home, I will let you judge for yourself.
- DMDaija MoniqueSep 19, 20251.0My mom recently had hip replacement surgery on Wednesday, and this nursing home accept the referral to get my mom a bed . She got here today, she didn’t receive any meds until 6pm. She arrived at 2pm. They said she was not in the chart so she had to wait for hours to receive any type of pain relief after being in surgery 2 days ago . She came here for PT. Now they are saying she won’t get any PT UNTIL MONDAY! she cannot afford to get stiff with her hip . She was on a regime with the hospital and this nursing home will cause the healing process to be messed up .
- PBPaul BurkhardtAug 12, 20252.0Very Disappointed in the lack of following Protocol....my Partner was there for Rehab for Hip Replacement. She fell out of bed the second day she was there, I received a call in the morning making me aware of the fall and assured me she was fine. Being a Hip Replacement Patient they should have had an x-ray done just to make sure the Hip was not damaged. Well it was and unfortunately we did not find out until she was released and we did a follow-up with the Orthopedic Surgeon which revealed the break in her repaired hip....now she has to have corrective surgery!!!
