I absolutely L. O. V. E. their German Chocolate Pie! I grew up in Fulda and live in Indianapolis. If I go through Jasper on my way down home, I always stop and buy that German Chocolate Pie! It is amazing!!

Great food. Great beer selection. Awesome German food. The ambience is a little touristy like you’d expect from an Oktoberfest. You should go if you like German food and good beer.

Visited the restaurant in May. Drove 30 minutes off the interstate because I hadn't had a good wienerschnitzel in years. I still haven't. The schnitzel was perfectly fried, but I had a chunk of tough veal 3/4 of an inch thick. I have never had a schnitzel of any meat in a German restaurant which hadn't been pounded to tenderize it. My daughter had rolladen, which was excellent. The house made sauerkraut was cooked to mush. Other than the rolladen, very disappointing,

I live in Louisville Kentucky and met up with some friends from Illinois and this was an amazing experience. Food was amazing and big portions, everyone had to have a box for leftovers!!! Service was excellent and our waitress was very knowledgeable about all the food and drinks!!!!! Can’t wait till next time!!!!

We had been hoping to eat at this restaurant for a very long time, but we found it somewhat disappointing. Our service was less than stellar - appeared our wait staff must have been having a bad day. They were not busy, but took quite a while before our waitress appeared. Came back with salad and coffee, offering them to the wrong person, but most of all was the fact that she reached over my friend's plate and right in front of her face with a hot coffee pot to refill my cup instead of walking around the corner of the table to fill my cup. No excuse me or anything! So rude and dangerous with hot coffee! While our goulash was good and the red cabbage side was excellent, we were disappointed that there were not more authentic german dishes and sides in the selection.
