- JHJerilyn HirschOct 14, 20251.0My husband was at our apartment for the delivery of the furniture so I wasn’t there to see it, but he told me what happened. The bed arrived with the headboard, broken, and apparently Looking like it had been treated badly besides being broken. We will now have to put our mattress on top of the Storage units under the bed with no headboard. That’s bad enough, then he called me again to tell me that the dining table that we ordered could not be put together because the bolts were missing! Of course the delivery people know nothing about when anything could be replaced or how, although it sounded like they were trying to be helpful. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. - TSThomas SimondsOct 11, 20255.0Went to their outlet sale in Lakeville Minnesota today and I was looking for a like a love seat or a smaller couch and they had a great selection and I purchased a loveseat. Leather and has electrical fully reclines. Very satisfied the sales person. Becky was great. She showed me around and ask me and showed several things and what did I want and was tentative. Hopefully she’s at one of their stores and I will find her and make some more purchases from Becky. Thank you for a great sale!!!
